Candidates, who have passed their High School (10th) and Intermediate (12th) or equivalent level of education from recognized institutions located in the state of Uttarakhand, will be eligible to apply for the direct recruitment posts of Group C (Samuh G).

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Educational Qualification)
Age Limit – 18 to 42 Years as on 01.07.2021 (relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt rules). Relaxation of 01 year has been provided in the upper age limit for the selection year 2021-2022 for the posts of Group C (Samuh G).
Educational Qualification – For direct recruitment to the post of Health Worker (Female), the candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. The candidate must have successfully completed the Basic Health Worker (Women) Training Course (which includes 06 months of childbirth training) as per the educational qualification prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi from time to time.
2. Candidate should be duly registered with Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council.
It is mandatory for the candidate to have a permanent/ renewed registration certificate in the Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, Dehradun by the last date of applying online. Certificates issued after the last date of online application will not be valid.
Preferential qualification – Other things being equal in the case of direct recruitment, preference will be given to those candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for minimum 02 years OR who have obtained B Certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC).

UKMSSB Health Worker ANM Selection Procedure
The Board will prepare district wise candidates list in the order of merit as per the marks obtained by them in the Basic Health Worker (Women) Training Course, year-wise passing the Basic Health Worker (Women) Training Course. If two or more candidates obtain equal marks, the name of the candidate senior in age will be placed higher in the merit list.
Document verification is scheduled to be conducted in the month of June-July 2022. Information regarding the document verification programme, date, time, center and roll number will be provided through Admit Card to be made available on the official website of the board.

Eligible and interested candidates are required to register and submit online application form for the UKMSSB Uttarakhand Health Worker (Female) Recruitment through the direct link below or Board’s website ukmssb.org or ukmssb.co.in up to 13.04.2022. Before applying online, keep ready your valid Email Id, Mobile number and scanned copies of Photograph (max 50 Kb), Signature (max 50 Kb) and required documents (if any) in JPG format.

Latest Update – As per the UKMSSB Notification, candidates can make corrections in the details of the Female Health Worker (ANM) training course passed by them and the total marks obtained in the training through the online portal till 06th July 2022 (05 PM). Candidates are not allowed to modify other details in their application form.

ANM Document Verification List, Admit Card and Required Documents
As per the data provided by candidates in application form, the list of candidates including to the extent of 25% of the number of category wise vacancies has been issued for Document Verification (DV). The documentation will be conducted at the office of Uttarakhand Medical Services Selection Board, Building No. 23 Lane No. 03, Shastri Nagar, Haridwar Road, Dehradun. Document verification scheduled from 25th June to 06th July 22 has been postponed. Fresh schedule will be updated soon.
Candidates invited for document verification can download the Admit Card from the official website by entering their Registration number and Password. Before downloading the Admit Card for UKMSSB ANM (Female Health Worker), candidates are advised to check their Registration number in the Document Verification list by downloading below.
Required Documents – Candidates are required to carry the following documents in original along with 02 self-attested photocopies of each on the date of document verification:
1. Provisional admit card issued for document verification.
2. Copy of online application form.
3. Two recent color passport size photographs.
4. High School Marksheet.
5. High School Certificate.
6. Intermediate Marksheet.
7. Intermediate Certificate.
8. ANM Marksheet of each year.
9. ANM Certificate.
10. Valid/ Renewed certificate of registration of Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council.
11. NCC B Certificate or Certificate of service of at least 02 years in Territorial Army (if applicable).
12. Domicile/ Permanent residence certificate.
13. Candidate or candidate’s parents/ husband/ wife in Army/ Paramilitary/ Centre or State Govt Department, whose services cannot be transferred from the state of Uttarakhand, are working, certificate (if applicable).
14. SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS Certificate (as applicable), valid till the last date of advertisement.
15. Certificate of Dependents of freedom fighters/ Ex-servicemen/ Divyangjan/ Orphan children of Uttarakhand state (if applicable).
16. No Objection Certificate for candidate working under or under the control of the Central or State Govt (if applicable).
17. Copies of other certificates, if any (if mentioned in the application form).
