उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा समूह ‘ग’ के अन्तर्गत उत्तराखंड वन विकास निगम में स्केलर के 200 रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा चयन हेतु इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों से आयोग की वेबसाइट पर दिनांक 18 मार्च से 08 अप्रैल 2024 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र आमन्त्रित किए गए हैं।

In order to apply for direct recruitment of Group C (Samuh G) Posts, the candidate must have been registered in any employment office located in the state of Uttarakhand till the last date of receipt of application form. OR The candidate must have domicile certificate of Uttarakhand state. OR The candidate must have passed his/her 10th or 12th or its equivalent level of exam from recognized institutions located in the state of Uttarakhand.

Scaler Selection Process, Physical and Exam Pattern
The recruitment process for Scaler (Uttarakhand Van Vikas Nigam) will be completed in 02 phases. In the first phase, candidates will have to go through physical tests (Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test) and then qualified candidates will be called for written exam.
The selection process consists of Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Exam and Document Verification as per the detailed pattern given below:

ST/ Hill Area Candidates – Male: 152 Cms and Female: 145 Cms.
Chest (for Male only): Minimum 05 Cms expansion.
पर्वतीय क्षेत्र का निर्धारण – देहरादून: पूरी चकराता तहसील तथा राजपुर की ऊंचाई से ऊपर गंगा तथा यमुना नदियों के मध्य स्थित देहरादून तहसील के उत्तर तथा पूर्व में स्थित मसूरी पहाड़ी का क्षेत्र। नैनीताल तथा गढ़वाल, कोटद्वार सहित सब माउन्टेन सड़क के ऊपर का क्षेत्र पिथौरागढ़, अल्मोड़ा, चमोली, टिहरी गढ़वाल तथा उत्तरकाशी जिलों के संपूर्ण भाग। नवसृजित जनपद बागेश्वर, रूद्रप्रयाग एवं चंपावत का संपूर्ण भाग भी इससे पूर्व में क्रमशः जनपद अल्मोड़ा, चमोली एवं पिथौरागढ़ का भाग होने के कारण पर्वतीय क्षेत्र माना जायेगा।
Physical Efficiency Test
Candidates qualified in Physical Standard Test (Measurement) will be allowed to appear for Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The Physical Efficiency Test will be qualifying in nature and will not carry any marks. दौड़ में सफल अभ्यर्थियों को ही शॉट पुट (गोला फेंक), लम्बी कूद एवं ऊँची कूद परीक्षा में सम्मिलित किया जायेगा तथा इनमें प्रत्येक दक्षता परीक्षा में निर्धारित मानदण्ड पूर्ण करने हेतु उन्हें अधिकतम तीन अवसरों में से किसी एक में अर्हता प्राप्त करनी आवश्यक होगी। शारीरिक अर्हता परीक्षण में अनुप्रयुक्त पाए जाने पर अथवा शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा हेतु विहित अर्हकारी मानदण्ड पूर्ण नहीं किये जाने की दशा में अभ्यर्थी को अनुपयुक्त घोषित कर चयन प्रतियोगिता से बाहर कर दिया जाएगा।
नोट – शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा में सफल अभ्यर्थियों को लिखित प्रतियोगी परीक्षा में सम्मिलित किया जाएगा। पर्वतीय क्षेत्र के अभ्यर्थियों को शारीरिक अर्हताओं में छूट हेतु पर्वतीय क्षेत्र का प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।

Written Examination
Candidates declared qualified in Physical tests will be called for an Objective type Written Exam of maximum 100 Marks. Question Paper for Scaler (Uttarakhand Van Vikas Nigam) will comprise of multiple choice questions (1 mark each) based on Science (50 Questions) and Mathematics (50 Questions). There will be negative marking of ¼ marks for each wrong answer given by candidates in OMR based written exam.

Minimum 45 Marks for GEN/ EWS/ OBC candidates and minimum 35 Marks for SC/ST candidates will be mandatory to qualify in the written exam.
Based on the total marks obtained by candidates in written exam, the final selection/ merit list will be prepared in view of the existing reservation rules subject to verification of original documents. In case of candidates having equal marks, the candidate whose age is higher will be placed higher in the order of seniority.
Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission is now conducting Online exam (CBT) along with the Offline exam. Therefore, Scaler (Uttarakhand Van Vikas Nigam) exam may be conducted either offline or online.

Application form, Important Dates and Notification
Eligible and interested candidates are required to register and submit online application form for the UKSSSC Scaler Recruitment Uttarakhand through the website sssc.uk.gov.in from 18th March to 08th April 2024. You are advised to follow all the instructions given for registration, application submission and payment of fee. After successful submission of online form, take a print out of the computer generated application form for record.
