UKSSSC द्वारा शहरी विकास, सहकारिता, कारागार प्रशासन एवं सुधार सेवा, नगर एवं ग्राम नियोजन, भूतत्व एवं खनिकर्म निदेशालय, आयुर्वेदिक एवं यूनानी सेवायें, पी०टी०सी०यू०एल तथा प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग के अन्तर्गत सहायक लेखाकार के 57 रिक्त पदों, पी०टी०सी०यू०एल के अन्तर्गत कार्यालय सहायक-तृतीय (लेखा) के 04 रिक्त पदों, सूचना आयोग के अन्तर्गत रीकार्ड कीपर-कम-स्टोर कीपर के 01 रिक्त पद तथा प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद् रुड़की के अन्तर्गत कैशियर/ डाटा एण्ट्री ऑपरेटर के रिक्त 01 पद अर्थात कुल 63 रिक्त पदों (समूह ‘ग’) पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा चयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र आमन्त्रित किए गए हैं।

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Qualification)

Age Limit:

Assistant Accountant and Office Assistant III (Accounts) – 21 to 42 Years as on 01st Jul 2025. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Govt rules.
Record Keeper-cum-Store Keeper and Cashier/ Data Entry Operator – 18 to 42 Years as on 01st Jul 2025. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Govt rules.

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Accountant – Graduate degree in Commerce from a recognized University or BBA or Post Graduate in Accountancy and Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 4000 key-depressions per hour.

Record Keeper-cum-Store Keeper – 12th Pass (Intermediate) in Commerce from Uttarakhand/ Uttar Pradesh Board or any other equivalent examination. The candidate must have a minimum speed of 4000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on computer.

Office Assistant III (Accounts) – Graduate degree in Commerce from any university with vast knowledge of Hindi Devanagari script. Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 6000 key-depressions per hour and English typing with a minimum speed of 7000 key-depressions per hour on computer is mandatory. Candidate should have minimum 01 year diploma/ certificate in computer course.

Cashier/ Data Entry Operator – 12th Pass (Intermediate) in Commerce (with Accountancy as a subject) from Uttarakhand/ Uttar Pradesh Board or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Government. Candidate must have a minimum speed of 4000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on computer. Candidate who knows English typing will be given preference.

Preferential Qualification: Other things being equal, preference will be given to a candidate who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years OR Possess B/ C certificate of National Cadet Corps.

To be eligible to apply for these Group C (Samuh G), a candidate must be registered in any Employment Exchange situated in Uttarakhand till the last date of receipt of applications OR must possess Domicile/ Permanent Residence Certificate of Uttarakhand OR must have passed High School and Intermediate or equivalent level education from recognized institutions situated in the State of Uttarakhand.

Sahayak Lekhakar Selection Process

The recruitment process for Sahayak Lekhakar and Other posts consists of Objective Type written exam of maximum 100 Marks which is scheduled by the Commission to conduct in the month of Jul 2025. The question paper will be of 02 Hours duration and will comprise of total 100 Objective Type with Multiple Choice questions (01 mark each) based on educational qualification.

To qualify in the written examination, minimum 45 marks will be required for GEN/OBC candidates and minimum 35 marks for SC/ST candidates. Negative marking of ¼ marks will be applicable for every wrong answer marked by candidates.

Finally, candidates declared successful in in the written exam (objective type) will be called for the Hindi typing test (wherever applicable) on computer and document verification. For selection as Assistant Accountant/ Office Assistant III (Accounts)/ Record Keeper/ Cashier/ DEO, final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination.

Eligible and interested candidates will have to submit online application form for the UKSSSC Sahayak Lekhakar Recruitment Uttarakhand through the website sssc.uk.gov.in from 05 April to 29 April 2025. Before applying, you will have to keep ready your valid email id, mobile number, educational details and scanned images of photograph (max 50 kb) and signature (max 20 kb) to upload with online application.
