Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) invites Applications to fill up the 04 posts of Assistant Geologist (Scientific Branch) in Public Works Department in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100/- (Grade Pay- Rs. 5400/-) by Direct Recruitment.

Age Limit

21- 35 years (as on 01.07.2013).

Educational Qualification

Post Graduate degree in Geological Science which includes applied aspect of Geology from a University established by law, or a degree recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.

Mode of Selection

Candidates will be selected on the basis of competitive examination as per given scheme or direct through Interview.

Examination fee

The fee can be remitted through Challan by deposit of prescribed fees in Commission’s Account with any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) after 2 days of filling of application form.

All eligible and interested candidates can apply ‘On-line’ through website www.ukpscappl.gov.in/soapnew. The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form. After successful submission of data, Candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated Application form and send by Post to UKPSC so as to reach positively on or before 21.10.2013.
