UKSSSC invites online applications for filling up the following 164 Vacancies of Vehicle Driver (वाहन चालक), Pravartan Chalak (प्रवर्तन चालक) and Dispatch Rider in Uttarakhand by direct recruitment. All eligible candidates can apply online for the Uttarakhand Driver Vacancies through the website sssc.uk.gov.in from 27 August to 10 October 2021. UKSSSC Vehicle Driver Bharti Uttarakhand 2021-2022

उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग द्वारा विभिन्न विभागों के अन्तर्गत वाहन चालक के 161 पदों, परिवहन विभाग के अन्तर्गत प्रवर्तन चालक के 02 पदों तथा नागरिक सुरक्षा विभाग के अन्तर्गत डिस्पैच राइडर के 01 पद अर्थात कुल 164 रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा चयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र आमन्त्रित किए गये हैं।

उत्तराखण्ड समूह ‘ग’ के सीधी भर्ती के पदों पर भर्ती हेतु आवेदन करने के लिए वही अभ्यर्थी पात्र होगा जिसने अपनी कक्षा आठ, हाई स्कूल एवं इण्टरमीडिएट अथवा इनके समकक्ष स्तर की शिक्षा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से उर्त्तीण की है।

रिक्तियों की कुल संख्या – 164 पद (रिक्तियों की संख्या बढ़ाई या घटाई जा सकती है)।

UKSSSC वाहन चालक (Vehicle Driver) भर्ती

पद का नाम – वाहन चालक (अराजपत्रित/ स्थायी/ अंशदायी पेंशनयुक्त)।
विभागों के नाम – राज्यपाल सचिवालय, एनसीसी निदेशालय, लघु सिंचाई, मत्स्य विभाग, जिलाधिकारी (बागेश्वर, हरिद्वार, पौड़ी, यूएस नगर, नैनीताल, पिथौरागढ़, चमोली, चंपावत और टिहरी), वन विभाग, अर्थशास्त्र और सांख्यिकी निदेशालय, प्रशासन अकादमी, न्यायिक और विधिक अकादमी, आयुक्त (गढ़वाल और कुमाऊं मंडल) ।

आयु सीमा – 01.07.2021 को 21 से 43 वर्ष (ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार होगी)।
शैक्षिक योग्यता (राज्य सचिवालय के अन्तर्गत वाहन चालक हेतु) – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त शैक्षणिक संस्था से कक्षा आठ की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली हो, और चयन वर्ष के प्रथम दिवस से पूर्ववर्ती पांच वर्ष से अन्यून अवधि का विधिमान्य ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना चाहिए और मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 और उसके अधीन बनाये गये नियमों में विहित यातायात विनियमों की जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

शैक्षिक योग्यता (अन्य विभागों हेतु) – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त शैक्षिक संस्था से आठवीं कक्षा की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली हो, और यथास्थिति भारी, हल्के वाहन को चलाने का वैध चालक लाईसेंस नियम-16 के अधीन रिक्ति के सेवायोजन कार्यालय को अधिसूचित किये जाने के दिनांक से पूर्व से 03 वर्ष से अन्यून अवधि का रखता हो।

UKSSSC प्रवर्तन चालक (Pravartan Chalak) भर्ती

शैक्षिक योग्यता – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त शैक्षिक संस्था से आठवीं कक्षा की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर ली हो, और यथास्थिति भारी, हल्के वाहन को चलाने का वैध चालक लाईसेंस रिक्ति अधिसूचित किये जाने के दिनांक के पूर्व से 03 वर्ष से अन्यून अवधि का रखता हो।

UKSSSC डिस्पैच राइडर (Dispatch Rider) भर्ती

आयु सीमा – 01.07.2021 को 21 से 43 वर्ष (ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छूट सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार होगी)।
शैक्षिक योग्यता – माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद, उत्तराखण्ड से या इस प्रयोजन के लिए विधि द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी संस्था से हाई स्कूल परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण। हल्के और भारी यानों को चलाने के लिए लाइसेन्स होना चाहिए। हिन्दी का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।

UKSSSC Driver Selection Process and Exam Syllabus

UKSSSC Driver selection process will be completed in 02 phases. In the first phase, all eligible candidates will be called for written exam (online or offline) and then candidates qualified in written exam will be called for driving test.

The recruitment process will consist of Written Exam of 25 Marks followed by Driving Test of 75 Marks. The written exam is scheduled to be held during the month of December 2021 (tentative). The question paper will be of 01 hour duration and will consist of 25 Objective Type Multiple Choice questions based on Vehicle Driving and General Knowledge.

Minimum 45% marks for Gen/ OBC and 35% marks for SC/ST are required to qualify in the written exam. Negative marking of ¼ marks will be applicable for every wrong answer given by candidates. For selection, merit will be determined on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination plus driving test. In the case of obtaining similar marks by two or more candidates, the merit will be determined on the basis of higher age.

Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) is now preparing for the online exam (Computer Based Test) along with the offline exam. Therefore, this exam may be conducted either offline or online.

UKSSSC Driver Syllabus (पाठ्यक्रम): UKSSSC Driver written exam syllabus has been released by the Commission and being updated below after publication.

यूनिट 1 (ड्राइवरों के लिए नियम, विनियम और योग्यता) – केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन अधिनियम 1988 संबंधी ज्ञान, मोटर वाहन नियम 1989 (2019 तक संशोधन सहित) संबंधी ज्ञान, मोटर वाहन ड्राइविंग विनियमन 2017 का ज्ञान, राज्य द्वारा विहित प्रावधान, वाहन रखरखाव / तकनीकी ज्ञान, स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता (शराब, तंबाकू और एड्स)।

यूनिट 2 (करेंट अफेयर्स) – राष्ट्रीय करेंट अफेयर्स।

यूनिट 3 (उत्तराखंड सामान्य ज्ञान) – उत्तराखंड भूगोल, उत्तराखंड का इतिहास, उत्तराखंड कला और संस्कृति, उत्तराखंड की अर्थव्यवस्था, उत्तराखंड की राजनीति, उत्तराखंड पर्यटन, पर्यावरण और परिवहन।

Online Application form, Important Dates and Notification

Before filling online application, you will have to go through the UKSSSC OTR (One Time Registration) process to apply for the Group C (Samuh G) posts of Vehicle Driver, Pravartan Chalak and Dispatch Rider. Keep ready your valid email id, mobile number, educational details and scanned images of recent passport size photograph, signature and left thumb impression (maximum 50 Kb each) in JPG format. Thereafter, you can submit online application form for the UKSSSC Uttarakhand Vehicle Driver Recruitment through the website sssc.uk.gov.in or uksssconline.in from 27 Aug to 10 Oct 2021.
