Indian Railway has released Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) 09/2025 for the following 22195 Vacancies of Group D for all the RRB/ RRC. All eligible 10th pass male and female candidates can apply online for the Railway Group D Vacancies of Track Maintainer, Pointsman and Assistant (S and T, Carriage and Wagon, Workshop, Track Machine, P Way, TRD, TL and AC etc trades) through rrbapply.gov.in from 31 Jan to 02 Mar 2026 (Revised). Indian Railway Group D (Level-1) Recruitment 2026
Pay Scale – Rs 18000-56900 (7th CPC Pay Matrix level-1) plus other allowances.
Age Limit – 18 to 33 years as on 01st Jan 2026 i.e. candidate must be born between 02 Jan 1993 and 01 Jan 2008 (both dates inclusive). Relaxation in upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen and other categories is applicable as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification – 10th Pass or ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate for all Group D posts as Track Maintainer, Pointsman and Assistant (Signal and Telecom, Workshop, Bridge, Loco Shed, Track Machine, P Way, TL and AC, TRD etc).

Application Form, Important Dates and Notification
Eligible and interested candidates can apply online for the RRB Group D Recruitment Railway Vacancies directly through the link below on the official website rrbapply.gov.in from 31st Jan to 02nd Mar 2026 (Revised). Candidates can apply to only one Railway. Application to more than one Railway, will lead to rejection of all the applications.
Keep ready your valid Email ID, mobile number, Aadhar number, Educational qualification details and scanned copies of Signature (30 to 49 KB), SC/ST certificate (up to 400 KB) and Scribe photo (50 to 100 KB) in JPEG/ PDF format before applying online. Live photo of the candidate will be captured during the application. Candidates are not required to upload any existing photograph while applying online.

To apply online for the Railway CEN 09/2025 (Level-1 or Group D Posts), follow the important steps below:
Registration – Firstly, you will have to ‘Create an Account’ on the RRB portal (if not already created). Submit the registration form with the required details (Name, Date of Birth, Father’s name, Mother’s Name, Aadhar number, mobile number, email-id etc). After successful registration, note down and preserve the username and password for further requirements.
Application form – Now you have to login to the portal using your username & password and proceed with the online application for the desired RRB. Submit personal details, educational qualification, preferences, other details and upload documents. On submitting application details you will be directed to the payment page and then complete the fee payment process using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI.
In the last part of application form, provide details of Educational Qualification, choice of Exam language (Hindi, English, Urdu, Tamil, Telugu etc), Bank Account details for Refund of exam fee etc, and then upload your color photograph (live), signature and caste certificate (SC/ST).
After successful submission of online application, take a printout of the online application form for reference/ record. You are not required to send printout of application or certificates or copies to RRBs/ RRCs concerned by post.
Examination fee:
GEN/ OBC Category – Rs 500/-
SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PwBD/ Female/ Transgender/ Minorities/ Economically backward class – Rs 250/-
The exam fee can be online by using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI.
Fee refund: Rs 400 to General/ OBC Category and Rs 250 to other categories will be refunded (deducting Bank charges) on appearing in CBT.

There are a lot of times I have noticed that unemployment are a lot of problems in indian. It may be solved as I think.For an example :
We study in school 1st class and enter in class 2nd after passout in this way we goes on class 3,4,5,is go on.
This way the government department must be devided in to 40 division during to government job is 40 yr for un umployment.
An employee does not stop in one possession. He must move one by one step in further ways. If he moved every year then I think there is no unemployment problem in our country. This is my thinking for unemployment.
I hope you will be show your positive response and may be it may start.
By the way I also iti deploma in electronics. I have also applied in railway many times but unfortunately I have not working in the railway. Today I have cross age of 40. I lots of like railway job. But it was dream for me.
I wish all must have own platform in life.
