Uttarakhand Polytechnic Form, Admit Card and Result 2026

Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education invited applications for the Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic (JEEP) for admission to Engineering Diploma (Group E), Pharmacy (Group P) and other courses in affiliated Govt/ Mahila/ Rural/ Aided/ Private Institutions. All eligible male and female candidates can apply for the Uttarakhand Polytechnic online through ubterjeep.co.in or offline through OMR application from 15th Jan to 15th May 2026 (extended). UBTER JEEP Polytechnic Entrance Exam 2026 as online application form, eligibility, date, admit card, result, rank card, counselling etc are given below.

Uttarakhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam (UBTER JEEP)

The exam will be conducted for Group-E (Diploma Engineering/ Technology), Group-T (Textile Design, Garment Technology and Fashion Design), Group-P (Diploma in Pharmacy) and Group-A (Lateral entry in 2nd year of Diploma Engineering course). While, for the Group-M (Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice), Group-H (Hotel Management and Catering Technology) and Group-G (PGDCA) course, candidates will be given direct merit-wise admission on the basis of minimum educational qualifications.

Age Limit – No age limitations.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from Uttarakhand OR domiciled candidates of Uttarakhand State who have passed the qualifying examination from any other State, are eligible to apply for the UBTER Polytechnic Entrance Exam. Group-wise required educational qualification (eligibility criteria) is as follows:

Group E (Diploma Engineering/ Technology courses) – 10th Pass or equivalent exam pass.

Group P (Diploma in Pharmacy) – 12th Pass (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Maths subjects or equivalent qualification recognized by Indian Pharmacy Council.

Group H (Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology) – 12th Pass/ Intermediate (minimum 35% Marks) with English as a subject.

Group M (Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice) – 12th Pass (Intermediate) with Hindi and English subjects in Class 10th or Class 12th.

Group G (PG Diploma in Computer Application) – Graduate in any stream/ subjects.

Group A (Lateral entry in 2nd year of Diploma Engineering course) – 12th Pass with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subject OR 12th Pass with Vocational/ Technical subject OR ITI Pass (02 years).

Group T (Textile Design, Garment Technology and Fashion Design) for female candidates – 10th Pass or equivalent exam pass.

JEEP Application Form (Online or Offline)

Eligible and desirous candidates can apply for the UBTER JEEP or Uttarakhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam either online or offline as follows:

Online Application Form – Candidates can submit online application form for the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Entrance Exam for Group E, T, P and A through the official website ubter.in or ubterjeep.co.in from 15th January to 15th May 2026 (extended).

Before applying online, candidates are advised to go through the detailed Information Brochure. After the registration of online form, the printout of the form is not required to send to the UBTER.

Submit JEEP Online Form

Offline Application Form (OMR) – Candidates can get UBTER JEEP Offline OMR Application form from any Govt Polytechnic/ Govt Aided Polytechnic institutions by paying the requisite fee. The offline application forms are available from 02nd February to 15th April 2026.

Submit the duly filled application form at any Govt Polytechnics or send through Registered Post to “The Joint Secretary, Research Development and Training Institute, Upper Aamwala, Dehradun-248001” so as to reach on or before 15th April 2026.

Uttarakhand Polytechnic entrance exam date for Group E, T, A and P has been announced by the Board. After the official announcement, the exam dates and time have been updated below accordingly (updated):

UBTER JEEP Admit Card Download 2026

UBTER JEEP Admit Card or Uttarakhand Polytechnic Admit Card will be available online on the Board’s website 02 weeks prior to the date of the Joint Entrance Examination (will not be sent by Post). Candidates should check and ensure the reservation category, sub-class on the admit card. If there is any error then it will be possible to correct the error online only. Candidates will have to keep the Admit Card safe from the entrance exam to admission in the institution.

This year UBTER JEEP Admit Card will be available to download from 25 May 2026. You can download your Admit Card for the entrance exam from official website using Registration/ OMR Number or Candidate Name and DOB or Roll Number directly through the link provided below.

The admit card downloaded by the students for the previously scheduled exam date (07 June 2026) will also remain valid for the new exam date 08 June 2026.

JEEP Result and Rank Card Download 2026

In the Group E, T, P and A courses, the course and institution will be allocated through counselling on the basis of JEEP Merit and candidate’s merit in the merit list will be based on obtained marks. If the total marks of more than one candidate are equal then the mutual merit of each candidate will be determined on the basis of the date of birth.

Even after this, if the merit number is not determined then the merit will be determined based on the marks in Maths, Science/ Chemistry, Biology etc (as applicable).

If the merit is not determined despite all the above options then the merit order of such candidates will be determined by the Secretary, Uttarakhand Technical Education Council.

In the Group-M (Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice), Group-H (Hotel Management and Catering Technology) and Group-G (PGDCA) courses, candidates will be given direct merit-wise admission on the basis of minimum educational qualifications.

UBTER JEEP Result (Rank Card) will be declared on 12 June 2026. After declaration of Uttarakhand Polytechnic Result, the exact dates and timings of Computerized Counselling will be published through newspapers and website of the UBTER. No information (Call letter) will be sent to the candidates separately for the Counselling.

First Phase Counselling Schedule – All the candidates who appeared in the JEEP-2026 entrance examination are eligible for 1st round counselling as per the schedule given below.

पॉलिटेक्निक काउंसिलिंग हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश :-

1. उत्तराखंड पॉलिटेक्निक काउंसलिंग 2026 से सम्बन्धित समस्त जानकारी प्राविधिक शिक्षा परिषद की वेबसाईट / पोर्टल admissions.ubterjeep.co.in पर उपलब्ध रहेगी।

2. JEEP-2026 की प्रवेश परीक्षा में सम्मिलित समस्त अभ्यर्थी ऑन लाईन काउंसिलिंग हेतु पात्र हैं किन्तु ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जो उत्तराखण्ड के स्थाई निवासी नहीं है एवं पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश हेतु न्यूनतम अर्हता परीक्षा उत्तराखण्ड से उत्तीर्ण नहीं हैं, काउंसिलिंग हेतु पात्र नहीं होंगे।

3. उत्तराखंड पॉलिटेक्निक काउंसिलिंग हेतु सर्वप्रथम अभ्यर्थी काउंसिलिंग पोर्टल में Login-ID/ Password बनाकर रजिस्ट्रेशन की कार्यवाही पूर्ण करेंगे। रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिये अभ्यर्थी को अनुक्रमांक, आवेदन पत्र संख्या एवं जन्मतिथि की जानकारी होनी अनिवार्य होगी।

4. अभ्यर्थी वेबसाईट पर रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं पासवर्ड बनाते समय अपना सम्पूर्ण विवरण (आरक्षण श्रेणी, उप श्रेणी, लिंग, उत्तराखण्ड डोमेसाईल इत्यादि) ध्यानपूर्वक चेक कर लें एवं आवश्यक संशोधन रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय ही कर लें। रजिस्ट्रेशन में अभ्यर्थी जो सूचना भरेगा, अभ्यर्थी के पास प्रवेश के समय सम्बन्धित प्रमाण पत्र होने अनिवार्य होंगे अन्यथा उसका आवंटन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा।

5. जिन अभ्यर्थियों को प्रथम काउंसिलिंग के माध्यम से राजकीय एवं राजकीय सहायता प्राप्त संस्थान में कोई पाठ्यक्रम आवंटित हो, तो वे अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित समयावधि में आवंटित राजकीय एवं राजकीय सहायता प्राप्त पॉलीटेक्निक संस्थानों में आवश्यक अभिलेख (Allotment Letter के अनुसार) एवं शिक्षण शुल्क रू0 8000/- के साथ उपस्थित होकर प्रवेश की कार्यवाही पूर्ण कर सकते हैं।

6. जो अभ्यर्थी प्रथम काउंसिलिंग के माध्यम से प्रवेश की कार्यवाही पूर्ण कर लेते हैं एवं द्वितीय काउंसिलिंग में सम्मिलित होकर सीट अपग्रेड करते हैं ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को पुनः अभिलेख सत्यापन / प्रवेश की कार्यवाही हेतु उपस्थित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों की सीट स्वतः ही नये संस्थान में अपग्रेड हो जायेगी। अतः प्रथम काउंसिलिंग के माध्यम से प्रवेशित अभ्यर्थी उसी दशा में द्वितीय काउंसिलिंग में रजिस्ट्रेशन करें यदि उन्हें सीट अपग्रेड करनी हो। सीट अपग्रेड होने की स्थिति में पुरानी सीट से उसका प्रवेश रद्द हो जायेगा और अभ्यर्थी का पुरानी सीट पर कोई दावा मान्य नहीं होगा।

7. संस्थान, ब्रांच आवंटन की जानकारी के लिए अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित तिथि के दौरान वेबसाईट पर अपना Allotment Letter प्रिंट कर सकता है।

8. अभ्यर्थी आवंटित संस्थान में निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि तक समस्त आवश्यक मूल प्रमाण-पत्र (JEEP-2026 की विवरण पुस्तिका में दिये गये निर्देशों के अनुसार) समस्त प्रमाण पत्रों की सत्यापित छायाप्रति एवं 02 पासपोर्ट साईज फोटो के साथ उपस्थित होंगे।

9. किसी भी आरक्षण का लाभ लेने के लिये अभ्यर्थी को उत्तराखण्ड का स्थाई निवासी होना अनिवार्य होगा। जिसे प्रवेश के समय आवंटित संस्थान में जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा। अतः ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जिनके पास उत्तराखण्ड स्थाई निवास का प्रमाण पत्र न हो एवं वे पाठ्यक्रम हेतु न्यूनतम अर्हता उत्तराखण्ड से उत्तीर्ण हों, ऑन लाईन रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय विशेष ध्यान रखें एवं सही जानकारी उपलब्ध करायें।

10. अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा आरक्षण से सम्बन्धित समस्त प्रमाण पत्र उत्तराखण्ड शासन द्वारा जारी निर्धारित प्रारूप पर उपलब्ध कराने होंगे।

11. यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी द्वारा प्रवेश के समय उपरोक्तानुसार आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध नहीं कराये जाते हैं तो अभ्यर्थी का आवंटन स्वतः ही निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा और अगले चरण की काउंसिलिंग में उक्त सीट को रिक्ति के रूप में प्रदर्शित कर दिया जायेगा।

12. प्रवेश के इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी ऑन लाईन काउंसिलिंग में इन्टरनेट के माध्यम से अपने घर / शहर / गाँव में कहीं से भी काउंसिलिंग में सम्मिलित हो सकते हैं।

13. राज्य के समस्त राजकीय एवं निजी तकनीकी शिक्षण संस्थानों में त्रिवर्षीय पाठ्यक्रमों में Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme अनिवार्य रूप से लागू की गयी है जिसके अन्तर्गत प्रत्येक संस्थान के प्रत्येक त्रिवर्षीय पाठ्यक्रम की स्वीकृत प्रवेश क्षमता के 5 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त सीटें उत्तराखण्ड के स्थाई निवासी के लिये आरक्षित की गयी हैं, जिनके अभिभावकों की किसी भी स्त्रोत से वार्षिक आय रू0 4.50 लाख से कम हो। ऐसे प्रवेशित अभ्यर्थियों से सम्पूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम हेतु शिक्षण शुल्क नहीं लिया जायेगा।

14. छात्र काउंसिलिंग एवं प्रवेश से सम्बन्धित किसी भी समस्या के समाधान के लिए परिषद् के काल सेन्टर नं0 7456962568 एवं 7579090518 पर काउंसिलिंग / प्रवेश तिथियों में प्रातः 10 बजे से 05 बजे तक सम्पर्क कर सकते हैं अथवा काउंसिलिंग सम्बन्धी ईमेल jeep.ubte@gmail.com पर सम्पर्क कर समस्या का निराकरण करा सकते हैं।

15. अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे वेबसाईट पर अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन कर प्रवेश हेतु इच्छुक संस्थान / ब्रांच के विकल्प (Choice) भर सकते है एवं भरे गये विकल्पों का प्रिंट आउट प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। उपलब्ध विकल्पों की विस्तृत जानकारी काउंसिलिंग पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन से पूर्व उपलब्ध होगी।

16. आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के लिये डिप्लोमा स्तरीय पाठ्यक्रमों में सत्र 2019-20 से 10 प्रतिशत सीटों को आरक्षित किया गया है। आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा ऑन लाईन काउंसिलिंग के समय EWS (Economic Weaker Section) श्रेणी का चयन करना होगा एवं प्रवेश के समय निर्धारित प्रारूप पर प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
