PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Tehri Garhwal (Uttarakhand) has released a notification for recruitment to the posts of Yoga Skill Teacher/ Trainer, Sports Coach, Atal Tinkering Lab Facilitator, Dance/ Music Coach and Self Defense Trainer for Girls. JNV Tehri Recruitment for Teachers and Experts
Walk-in interview is being conducted at PM SHRI School JNV Pokhal (Tehri Garhwal) for the following temporary appointment of Teachers/ Experts for 2026-2027 under Normal Budget/ PM SHRI Project for short term duration.
1. Atal Tinkering Lab Facilitator
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – BTech/ BSc degree in science, engineering/ mathematics etc subject. Experience and knowledge of robotics, coding, Arduino, IoT, 3D Printing, STEM education and design & innovation activities etc is desirable.
Remuneration – Rs 30,000/- pm (10 months)
Duty Modalities – As per NVS norms.
2. Sports Coach (Table Tennis/ Kabaddi/ Judo/ Taekwondo/ Football)
Number of Vacancies – 02
Qualification – Diploma in Sports Coaching or MPEd/BPEd with specialization or Any Sports Certificate National/ State.
Remuneration – Rs 20,000/- pm (05 months)

3. Dance Coach (Kathak/ Any other Indian Classical dance form)
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – Any Graduate having a Degree/ Diploma in classical dance with an experience of teaching dance in a School/ College.
Remuneration – Rs 25,000/- pm (06 months)
Duty Modalities – As per NVS norms.
4. Music Coach (Harmonium/ Tabla/ Keyboard/ Congo/ Any other Indian classical music)
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – Any Graduate with a Degree/ Diploma in music with proficiency in music (instrumental) like Harmonium/ Tabla/ Keyboard/ Congo.
Remuneration – Rs 25,000/- pm (06 months)

5. Trainer for Girls on Self Defense
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – A female graduate with an experience of coaching self-defense (Judo/ Taekwondo/ Martial Arts).
Remuneration – Rs 12,500/- pm

6. Indian Knowledge System (IKS) Expert
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – MA Indian History and culture with specialization in Vedic mathematics and Vedic Science.
Remuneration – Rs 1,000/- Per Session (32 Session)

7. Expert Cyber Safety
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – BTech (Computer Science) with Diploma in Cyber Safety and relevant work experience.
Remuneration – Rs 2,000/- Per Session (12 Session)

8. Matron (Female)
Number of Vacancies – 03
Qualification – Minimum Class 10th, However Higher educational qualification may be given preference in engagement. Age Limit is 35 to 55 Years as on 01 June. Married females, which includes widows or divorces without encumbrances.

9. Skill Teacher for Yoga
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – Post Graduate Diploma in yoga with 2 Years work experience or MSc in yoga with 2 years’ work experience or MPEd with yoga as a compulsory subject in BPEd and MPEd.
Remuneration – Rs. 30,000/- pm (10 Months)
Duty Modalities – As per NVS norms
10. Yoga Teacher
Number of Vacancies – 01
Qualification – Any Graduate with PG Diploma in Yoga or MPEd with Yoga specialization from a recognized university.
Remuneration – Rs. 12,500/- pm (08 Months)

There is one vacancy for each post. The number of vacancies for all the above posts may increase or decrease as per the requirement of the school. Staff quarters will be allotted only if accommodation is available within the campus; otherwise, you will have to arrange for outside accommodation at your own expense.
