Uttarakhand Homeopathic Pharmacist Vacancies
Pay Scale – Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800
Total number of vacancies: 36
Gen – 17, SC – 09, ST – 02, OBC – 08
Age Limit – Maximum 42 years (As on 30.04.2015)
12th Class pass in Science (Biology Group) or equivalent qualification with 2 Years Homeopathic Pharmacist Diploma from a recognized institute.
Candidate should be registered in the Uttarakhand Homeopathic Medicine Board. Candidate should also be registered in any of the Employment Offices of Uttarakhand before advertisement publication date.
Application Fees
SC/ ST Category: Rs. 50/-
All others: Rs. 100/-
The fee can be remitted in the form of Bank Draft drawn in the favor of “Director Homeopathic Medical Services, Uttarakhand Dehradun” from any Nationalized Bank.
How to Apply
Eligible and desirous candidates may submit their application in the prescribed format complete in all respect along with two envelopes of 23×10 Cms size affixed registered postal stamp and self-attested copies of all essential documents by Registered Post/Speed Post to the “Director of Homeopathic Medical Services, Uttarakhand, Danda Lakhond P.O.-Gujrara Sahastradhara Road Dehradun” so as to reach on or before last date.
Required Documents – Educational Certificates/Mark Sheets, Homeopathic Pharmacist Diploma, Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate, Character Certificate (max 6 months validity), Self-attested Passport Size Photograph, Two Envelopes, Employment Office Registration Certificate and Other Certificates (if any)
