Indian Army, BEG & Centre Roorkee has scheduled to organize Unit Headquarter (UHQ) Quota Recruitment Rally for eligible candidates from any State/UT at Centenary Pavilion Ground. The Bengal Engineer Group & Centre Roorkee UHQ Bharti Rally is being conducted for Agniveer GD, Technical, Tradesman (Musician) and Sportsmen from 18th to 22nd August 2025. Army BEG Centre Roorkee UHQ/ Relation Bharti Rally

Relationship certificate holders (sons of Servicemen/ Ex-Servicemen/ War widows and real brothers of Servicemen/ Ex-Servicemen), Musician and Outstanding Sportsmen (International/ National/ State/ District/ University level) from any State/UT are eligible to participate in the Bengal Engineer Group & Centre UHQ Rally (Bhai-Bandh, Relation Bharti).

UHQ/Relation Recruitment Rally is being conducted for the following categories for the candidates from all states:

1. Agniveer General Duty
2. Agniveer Technical
3. Agniveer Tradesman (Musician)
4. Agniveer GD Sportsmen (Open Category)

Age Limit (as on 01 October 2025) – 17 years 06 months to 21 years for all post categories i.e. candidate should be born between 01 Oct 2004 and 01 Apr 2008.

Education Qualification:

Agniveer GD – 10th Pass with 45% marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and minimum 33% marks in each of those five subjects. For boards following grading system, the grades corresponding to percentage as above will be considered.

Agniveer Technical – 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. OR

10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English and ITI Course of minimum one year in required field with NSQF level 4 or above. OR

10th Pass with 50% in aggregate and minimum 40% in English, Maths and Science with 02 years of Technical Training from ITI or two/three years Diploma from recognised educational institution including Polytechnics.

Agniveer Clerk/SKT – 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class XII is mandatory.

Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass) – Simple 10th pass. No condition in aggregate percentage but must have obtained 33% marks in five basic subjects.

Agniveer Tradesmen (8th Pass) – Simple 8th pass. Nno condition in aggregate percentage but must have obtained 33% marks in five basic subjects.

Agniveer Musician – 10th Pass (Simple Pass). There is no percentage limit, but minimum 33% marks in five core subjects is mandatory.

Outstanding Sportsman (Sports Quota) – 10th Pass with 45% marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and minimum 33% marks in each of those five subjects. Players of the following sports are eligible to appear on the respective date with relevant certificates obtained from the relevant authorities within two years.

Sports: Athletics including Track and Field events, Basketball, Boxing, Football, Fencing, Hockey, Handball, Kayaking and Canoeing, Rowing, Swimming, Diving and Water Polo, Shooting, Sailing, Volleyball, Wushu, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Cricket, Cycling, Equestrian, Gymnastics, Body Building, Golf, Judo, Kabaddi, Karate, Lawn Tennis, Rugby, Squash, Taekwondo, Triathlon and Archery.

Schedule, Selection Process and Physical Test

The date wise details of this recruitment rally to be held at Bengal Engineer Group & Centre Roorkee (Uttarakhand) under Unit Headquarters (UHQ) Quota are as follows:

18 August 2025 – Agniveer GD and Technical for candidates from Uttarakhand, Bihar, Rajasthan, Assam, Odisha, West Bengal and Delhi.

19 August 2025 – Agniveer GD and Technical for candidates from Punjab, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

20 August 2025 – Agniveer Tradesman (Musician) and Sportsmen for candidates from any State/UT (Open Category).

21 August 2025 – Agniveer GD and Technical for candidates from Haryana, Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh.

21 August 2025 – Aptitude Test for Agniveer Tradesman (Musician).

22 August 2025 – Agniveer GD and Technical for candidates from Uttar Pradesh, All Eastern States and Other States/ UTs.

Written exam – The date of CEE will be informed at the rally site on the date of screening.

Candidates who clear the Preliminary Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will have to undergo Adaptability Test. Candidates will be allowed to carry smart phones for the Adaptability Test. Only those candidates who clear the test will be eligible for medical examination.

How to Appear, Required Documents and Notification

Eligible and interested candidates have to report directly (without Online Registration) for BEG Centre Roorkee Relation/UHQ Rally at Centenary Pavilion Ground, Bengal Engineer Group & Centre Roorkee (Uttarakhand) at 4.30 AM on respective dates.

Required Documents – You are required to carry the following original documents and 02 additional self-attested photocopies of each at the rally site.

1. Relationship Certificate/ Discharge Book issued by the concerned Record Office for children of serving/ ex-servicemen.
2. Educational certificates and marks sheets.
3. Nativity/ Domicile certificate.
4. Caste Certificate.
5. Character Certificate issued by School/ College (valid for 06 months from date of issue).
6. Character Certificate issued by Village Sarpanch (valid for 06 months from date of issue).
7. Unmarried certificate (valid for 06 months from date of issue).
8. Affidavit as per prescribed format.
9. 20 copies of latest passport size colored photographs.
10. NCC A/ B/ C Certificate (if any).
11. Sports Certificate (for sportsmen).
12. Other relevant certificates (if any).

The rally notification can be obtained from the Recruiting Office, all major/minor units of BEG, Rajya Sainik Kalyan Office, Regional Headquarters and all Training Centres of Army. If candidates fail to produce the relevant documents/ certificates required for UHQ enrolment, they will not be allowed to attend the recruitment rally.
