Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, has released the notification to conduct the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test 2014, for the academic session 2014-15. This entrance test is being conducted for the 15% merit positions in the Medical/Dental Colleges of India. There are also State Governments/Universities/Institutions voluntarily participating in the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test 2014 for using its merit list for admission in the Medical Colleges/Dental Colleges against seats under their control.
Age Limit:
He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course.
Educational Qualification:
In Science the Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or a candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination i.e. 12th Standard in 2014 whose result is awaited, may apply. (
Application Fee for GENERAL/OBC Category Candidates:
Fee without late fee (01.12.2013 to 31.12.2013): Rs.1000/-
Fee with late fee (01.01.2014 to 31.01.2014): Rs.2000/-(Rs.1000+Rs.1000)
Application Fee for SC/ST/PH Category Candidates:
Fee without late fee (01.12.2013 to 31.12.2013): Rs.550/-
Fee with late fee (01.01.2014 to 31.01.2014): Rs.1550/-(Rs.550+Rs.1000)
The fee can be remitted by Credit Card/Debit Card Or through Challan by depositing in CBSE Account with Canara Bank or Syndicate Bank or e-Post Office.
Pattern of the Entrance Test:
The Entrance Test shall consist of one paper containing 180 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine-gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen only. The duration of paper would be 03 hours.
How to Apply:
Online submission of the application may be made at website www.aipmt.nic.in. Candidates are required to go through the Information Bulletin carefully and fill all the required details while filling up the online form. Candidates can send the computer generated Confirmation Page duly filled-in alongwith other documents, if any, in an Envelope of size A5(12”x10”) with pasting the computer generated address slip to The Assistant Secretary (Exam), AIPMT Unit, Central Board of Secondary Education, Shiksha Kendra, 2, Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110 092 by Registered Post/Speed Post only so as to reach positively by last date(s) of receipt of application form according to the fee paid.

Schedule for submission of online application forms with late fee Rs.1000/-: 01.01.2014 to 31.01.2014
Date of receipt of confirmation page in CBSE for the applications submitted late with fee of Rs.1000/-: 05.02.2014
Date of Entrance Test: 04th May 2014 (Sunday) from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm.
