Indian Army is going to organize Unit Headquarters Quota (UHQ) recruitment rally for eligible candidates from all States and UTs of India at 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal (MP). The Recruitment rally for Agniveer GD, Technical, Clerk/SKT, Tradesman, Musician and Sportsmen is being held from 11th Aug to 14th Sep 2025. Army 3 EME Centre Bhopal Recruitment Relation Rally 2025-2026 like vacancy details, date, age limit, qualification, selection process, physical, documents etc info is given below.

3 EME Centre Bhopal UHQ Relation Bharti

Relationship certificate holders (son of War Widow/ Widows/ Ex-Servicemen/ Servicemen and own brother of Service/ Ex-Servicemen) and Outstanding Sportsmen (represented State/ Country in National/ International competitions at Senior/ Junior level) can participate in 3 EME Centre Bharti under Agnipath Scheme.

The UHQ Quota recruitment for Agniveer GD, Technical, Clerk/SKT, Tradesmen (Dresser, Washerman and Housekeeper) and Open Category Rally for Agniveer Musician and Outstanding Sportsmen (at National/ International/ State & District level) is being conducted from 11 August to 14 September 2025 at 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).

Enrolment will be done on All India All Category (AIAC) basis from all the states for the following categories:

1. Agniveer General Duty
2. Agniveer Technical
3. Agniveer Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical

Recruitment Rally date – 11th August to 14th September 2025.
Location – 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).

3 EME Centre Recruitment Dates:

Candidates are required to report at ‘T Junction’ Gate of 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) at 4:00 AM on the dates given below:

• Agniveer General Duty (All India All Category): 06th & 07th August 2025
• Agniveer Technical (All India All Category): 08th August 2025
• Agniveer Clerk/SKT, Tradesman and Open Category Rally Recruitment Agniveer Musician & Outstanding Sportsmen (All India All Category): 09th August 2025

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Qualification)

Age Limit – 17½ Years to 21 Years as on 01 October 2025 for all categories (Agniveer GD, Technical, Clerk/SKT, Tradesman, Musician and Sportsmen).

Educational Qualification:

Agniveer (GD) – 10th Pass with 45% marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and minimum 33% marks in each of those five subjects. For boards following grading system, the grades corresponding to percentage as above will be considered.

Agniveer (Technical) – 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. OR

10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English and ITI course of minimum one year in required field with NSQF level 4 or above. OR

10th Pass with 50% in aggregate and minimum 40% in English, Maths and Science with 02 years of Technical Training from ITI or two/three years Diploma from recognised educational institution including polytechnics.

Agniveer Clerk/SKT – 12th Pass/ 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% Marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing minimum 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Agniveer Tradesmen (Dresser and Washerman) – Class 10th simple pass and no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored in 33% in each subject.

Agniveer Tradesmen (Housekeeper) – Class 8th simple pass and no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored in 33% in each subject.

Bharti Notification and Required Documents

Eligible and interested candidates are required to report for 3 EME Centre Recruitment Rally directly (without online registration) at ‘T’ Junction Gate of 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) at 04:00 AM along with the following original documents and 02 additional self-attested photocopies of each.

Required Documents:

1. Twenty (20) unattested Passport size Colour Photographs with white background.

2. All Education Certificates/ Marksheets.

3. Self photograph on Rs. 10 non-judicial notarized stamp paper with details of domicile/ place of birth/ place of residence and details of previous unit recruitment rallies attended (as per format).

4. Caste Certificate affixed with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.

5. Religion certificate issued by Tehsildar/ Sub Divisional Magistrate (if religion not mentioned in caste certificate).

6. School Character Certificate issued by Principal/ Headmaster of the College/ School where candidate last studied.

7. Character cum verification certificate issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation, Unmarried Certificate and Joint Photograph with family details not older than six months (as per format).

8. Relationship Certificate issued by Record Office.

9. NCC Certificate and Sports Certificate (if any).

10. Indemnity Bond and Undertaking (as per format).

11. Single Bank Account/ PAN Card/ Aadhar Card.

12. Character Certificate issued by Police (as per format).

13. Residence Certificate issued by Sarpanch or Nagar Sevak (as per format).

14. Service Certificate issued by Adjutant/ OC Company/ OC Unit (as per format).

15. ITI/ NTC Certificate (if any).

16. Sponsorship affidavit on Rs.10 non-judicial notarized stamp paper from the person sponsoring the candidate along with joint photo (as per format).

17. Certificate of correctness of information (as per format).

18. Discharge, Pension Book/ PPO for Ex-servicemen.

19. Certificate issued by District Magistrate/ Sub-District Magistrate/ Tehsildar/ President/ Secretary of tribal community in respect of permanent body tattoo of the candidate belonging to tribal community and in respect of each tattoo on the body (as per format).

20. Affidavit on Rs.10 non-judicial notarized stamp paper in respect of changed name/ date of birth/ address or difference (as per format).

21. Certificate issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate in respect of not being a member of any banned political organisation and not being involved in any criminal case (as per format).

Format for Certificates and Affidavits (as mentioned above) can be obtained from nearest ARO/ ZRO/ Regimental Training Centres/ Army Formation Headquarters/ EME Units/ District Sainik Board by giving reference of 3 EME Centre letter on the subject. Same can be obtained directly from 3 EME Centre, Bairagarh, Bhopal.

All certificate, documents and affidavits should be in English or Hindi language. Any document in regional language should be produced along with a duly certified and notarised translated true copy.
