Kurmanchal Nagar Sahkari Bank Recruitment 2026
The Kurmanchal Nagar Sahkari Bank Limited is a primary urban co-operative bank with its operation area in the state of Uttarakhand. This bank was established in the year 1983 and its head office is located in Nainital (Uttarakhand). Presently, the bank operates through a network of 51 Branches across the state.
Total Number of Vacancies – 60 Posts. The number of clerical cadre vacancies is provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the bank.
Pay Scale – 21,346-1386-10-35206-EB-1572-15-58786.
Age Limit – 21 to 35 years as 30th April 2026.
Educational Qualification – Graduation from a recognized University/ Institute in India. The candidate should have good knowledge of Hindi and English language. The candidate must have domicile of the state in which the bank has its operation area.
KNSB Clerk Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The selection process for the post of Kurmanchal Bank Assistant Grade II (Clerk/Cashier) includes an online written exam carrying a maximum of 200 Marks. Candidates will be appointed to the clerical cadre on the basis of merit based on their performance in the online written examination, provided they are found medically fit.
The question paper will be of 02 Hours 25 Minutes duration and will consist of a total of 200 Objective Type Multiple Choice questions on Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge and Quantitative Aptitude. There will be 05 options given as answer choices for each question. Negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applicable for each wrong answer given by the candidates.
The detailed pattern of Assistant Grade II (Clerk/Cashier) exam is as follows:
- Reasoning – 40 Questions/ 40 Marks (30 Minutes)
- English Language – 40 Questions/ 40 Marks (35 Minutes)
- General Awareness (with special reference to Banking) – 40 Questions/ 40 Marks (20 Minutes)
- Computer Knowledge – 40 Questions/ 40 Marks (20 Minutes)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 40 Questions/ 40 Marks (35 Minutes)
The online exam for KNSB Clerk Recruitment will be conducted by IBPS at Haldwani and Dehradun centres tentatively in June 2026. If sufficient number of candidates do not opt for a particular centre for online examination, the Bank reserves the right to allot any other centre to those candidates; Or if the number of candidates at a centre exceeds the capacity available for the online exam, the Bank reserves the right to allot any other centre to the candidate.
Call Letters for the online exam will be made available online before the exam date and can be downloaded from the KNSB website using Registration Number/ Roll Number and Password/ Date of Birth. Information regarding downloading of call letter or admit card will also be sent through e-mail/SMS.
For selection to the Clerical Cadre, the final merit list (result) will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the online written examination, subject to their medical fitness. Selected candidates will be required to submit security amount of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable, term & conditions apply) at the time of joining the service.
After selection, the candidate may be posted/ subsequently transferred to any existing/ proposed branch/office of the Bank as per banking requirements. The probation period will be two years.

Application Form, Important Dates and Notification
Eligible and interested candidates are required to register and submit online application form for the Kurmanchal Nagar Sahkari Bank Clerk Vacancies through the website kurmanchalbank.bank.in from 06th April to 30th April 2026. Before applying online, keep ready scanned (digital) images of your photograph, signature, left thumb impression and the hand written declaration in jpg/jpeg format.
Required Documents:
1. Photograph (Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels and Size 20 kb to 50 kb).
2. Signature (with black ink), Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels and Size 10 kb to 20 kb.
3. Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), Dimensions 240 x 240 pixels and Size 20 kb to 50 kb.
4. Hand-written declaration (on a white paper with black ink), Dimensions 800 x 400 pixels and Size 50 kb to 100 kb.
The text for the hand written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) is as follows:
“I, ……. (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

After successful submission of the online form, take a printout of the computer generated application (containing fee payment details) and e-receipt for record/ reference.
