HNB Uttarakhand Medical Education University, Dehradun has released UPMT-2015 notification to hold the UPMT 2015 entrance exam on 17 May, 2015 for the academic session 2015-16. This entrance test is being conducted for State quota seats of Medical & Dental courses (MBBS & BDS) for admission in the Government/Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Uttarakhand. Eligible and desirous candidates may apply online for UPMT – 2015 Entrance Exam through University website www.hnbumu.ac.in from 23.03.2015 to 25.04.2015.

Age Limit
17 to 25 Years at the time of admission.
Educational Qualification
In Science (Biology Group) 12th Standard with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology or a candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination i.e. 12th Standard in 2015 whose result is awaited, may apply.
General and OBC candidates: Rs. 2,000/-
SC and ST candidates: Rs. 1,400/-
The fee can be remitted by Credit/Debit Card/Internet Banking or by E-Challan or By Demand Draft.

Pattern of the Entrance Test
The Entrance Test shall consist of one paper containing 200 objective type questions (four options a, b, c, d with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) including 50 questions from each subject. The duration of paper would be 03 hours.

How to Apply
Online submission of the application may be made through website www.hnbumu.ac.in from 23.03.2015 to 25.04.2015. Candidates are required to go through the Information Bulletin and Instructions carefully and fill all the required details while filling up the online form.
