UKMSSB Nursing Adhikari Recruitment 2025-2026
उत्तराखंड चिकित्सा सेवा चयन बोर्ड द्वारा चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग, उत्तराखंड के अधीन राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेजों में समूह ‘ग’ के अंतर्गत डिप्लोमा/डिग्री धारकों के लिए महिला नर्सिंग अधिकारी के 480 पदों और पुरुष नर्सिंग अधिकारी के 107 पदों अर्थात कुल 587 रिक्त पदों (बैकलॉग सहित) पर सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से चयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।
समूह ग (Group C) के सीधी भर्ती के पदों पर भर्ती हेतु आवेदन करने के लिए वही अभ्यर्थी पात्र होगा, जिसने अपनी हाईस्कूल एवं इण्टरमीडिएट अथवा इनके समकक्ष स्तर की शिक्षा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से उत्तीर्ण की हो, और अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अंतिम तिथि तक उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का स्थाई निवास प्रमाण पत्र (Domicile Certificate) धारित करता हो।

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Qualification)
Age Limit – 21 to 42 Years as on 01st Jul 2025. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC and other categories is applicable as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification – B.Sc (Honours) in Nursing OR B.Sc Nursing OR Post Basic B.Sc Nursing OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM)/ Psychiatry Science from any University/ Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
Candidate should have B.Sc (Hons) or B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)/ Psychiatry registration certificate from Uttarakhand/ Indian Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Candidate must have working knowledge of Hindi. Preference will be given to those candidates who have served minimum 02 years service in Territorial Army OR who have obtained B or C certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC).
अभ्यर्थी के पास उत्तराखण्ड/ भारतीय नर्सिंग तथा धात्री परिषद् में ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अन्तिम तिथि तक स्थाई पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र होना अनिवार्य है। यदि अभ्यर्थी का पंजीकरण आवेदन-पत्र जमा करने की अन्तिम तिथि तक वैध/ नवीनीकृत नहीं होगा तो उसे अपात्र घोषित कर दिया जायेगा।

Uttarakhand Nursing Adhikari Selection Process
In accordance with the provisions of the Uttarakhand Medical Education Department (Medical College) Nursing Cadre (Non-Gazetted) Service Rules, 2015 and amendments issued from time to time, the selection process has been determined as follows:
The written examination for selection will be of objective type carrying a total of 200 marks, which will include Paper-I of 100 marks on Nursing related subject and Paper-II of 100 marks on General Hindi, General Knowledge and General Studies.
The question paper booklet will contain questions and options in both Hindi and English. The syllabus for the objective type written examination for selection is given below.
Candidates are required to select two cities from the following list for the written examination: 1. Dehradun 2. Srinagar 3. Haldwani 4. Almora.
Note: The examination center city may be changed depending on the number of candidates.
Candidates will be permitted to retain the written examination question booklet after the examination. After the written examination, the Answer Key will be published on the Board’s website.
A negative marking system will be adopted for objective-type examinations. In the written examination, 01 mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 1/4 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Each question has four answer options. For each wrong answer given by a candidate, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
If a candidate gives more than one answer to a question, it will be considered a wrong answer. Even if one of the given answers is correct, the same penalty will be given for that question as above. If a question is left unattempted i.e. if the candidate does not answer, no negative marking will be given for that question.
In the written examination, candidates belonging to the General (Unreserved), Other Backward Class and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories must score 45% marks and candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories must score 35% marks.

Eligible and interested candidates are required to register and submit online application form for the Uttarakhand Nursing Adhikari Recruitment through the Board’s website ukmssb.org from 27th Nov to 17th Dec 2025. Before applying online, keep ready your valid Email Id, Mobile number and scanned copies of Photograph (20-50Kb) & Signature (5-20Kb) in JPG format and following required documents in a combined PDF file (200Kb-02Mb).

उपरोक्त के आधार पर Combined Single PDF File में क्रम संख्या 1, 2, 6, 7 एवं 9 संलग्न किया जाना अनिवार्य है, तथा श्रेणी/ उपश्रेणी आरक्षण सम्बन्धी लाभ का दावा करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों हेतु क्रम संख्या 3, 4 और 5 (जिसका दावा अभ्यर्थी करते हो) Combined Single PDF File के साथ संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है। शैक्षिक अर्हता, जाति प्रमाण पत्र एवं अन्य प्रमाण पत्रों से सम्बन्धित समस्त दावे आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि तक मान्य होंगे। उसके पश्चात् निर्गत प्रमाण पत्र मान्य नहीं होंगे।
After submitting Nursing Officer online application, take a printout of the system generated application form for reference/ record. The printout (hard copy) of online application or any other documents are not required to be sent by Post to the Board.
