Kumaun University, Nainital invites Applications for the following temporary positions under the MoES Project on Seismic Network in Kumaun Himalaya (SNKH) for the duration of 3 years.
Project Scientist (1)
Pay Scale: Rs. 15,690.00-39,900.00 with GP 5400.
Qualification and Experience: Ph. D with minimum of 3 years experience of handling Seismic Network and data processing and interpretation.
Project Fellow (1)
Pay Scale: Rs. 16,000+15% HRA PM.
Qualification and Experience: M.Sc. (Ist div.) in Geology/Geophysics.
Project Technician (1)
Pay Scale: Rs. 15,000+15% HRA PM.
Qualification and Experience: At least 2 years experience of computer networking, Earthquake data processing, data downloading and knowledge of battery operations.
