Military Station Haldwani (Uttarakhand) invites applications for filling up the vacancies of Account Clerk, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Sales Attendant/ Storeman, AFD Clerk and House keeper (Safaiwala). These contractual vacancies will be filled at URC 389 (1) Sup PI ASC, Unit Run Canteen 5685 ASC Bn and URC 732 Tpt Wksp Coy EME, Military Station Haldwani, Nainital. URC 389 (I) Sup PI ASC Military Station Haldwani Vacancies

The following staff are required at URC, 389 (1) Sup PI ASC, Military Station, Haldwani, Dist-Nainital (UK) for 11 months on contractual basis.

1. Account Clerk

Number of Vacancies – 02
Purpose/ Duty – For management of Account.
Remarks – 2x staff against staff being de-hired due to expiry of contract.

2. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Number of Vacancies – 04
Purpose/ Duty – Billing, loading, carrying and laying out of stock, maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of store, all types of administrative work and any other work as given by URC management.
Remarks – 4x staff against staff being de-hired due to expiry of contract.

3. Sales attendant/ Store Man

Number of Vacancies – 02
Purpose/ Duty – Loading, carrying and laying out of stock, maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of store, all types of administrative work and any other work as given by URC management.
Remarks – 2x staff against staff being de-hired due to expiry of contract.

Following Points to be noted:

Candidate with working computer knowledge, typing & billing on computer and knowledge of stock management may be preferred. Preference will be given to ESMS and Wards/ Dependents of ESMs.

Fresher candidates will undergo a probation period of 01 month, where they will be observed for their skills. Candidates having experience in similar type of service (URC only) for atleast 2 years need not to undergo any type of probation period.

URC 5685 ASC Bn (MT) Military Station Haldwani Vacancies

The following staff is required at Unit Run Canteen 5685 ASC Bn, Military Station, Haldwani, Distt Nainital (Uttarakhand) for 11 months on contractual basis with anticipated fixed salary of Rs 15000/- per month.

1. AFD Clerk

Number of Vacancies – 01
Purpose/ Duty – AFD Documentations and Office work.
Minimum Qualification – Graduate with previous experience of URC handling of documentation and URC day to day correspondence. Relaxation may be given to qualified ESM.

2. Multi Tasking Staff

Number of Vacancies – 17
Purpose/ Duty – Billing, Checking of Bills, Store Keeping/ Accounting of particular Group (Group Holder). Loading, Carrying and Layout of stock, Maintenance, Cleaning and Upkeep of store, Dusting and Layout of Grocery items and Liquor, all type of administrative and any other works in URC, 5685 ASC Bn (MT).

Minimum Qualification – 12th with min 01 year of experience in Billing/ Store Handling at any URC/ Supermarket. Relaxation may be given to ESM, Veer Naries and Dependents.

3. House Keeper (Safaiwala)

Number of Vacancies – 01
Purpose/ Duty – Cleaning of Canteen area and bathrooms.
Minimum Qualification – Physically & Medically Fit.

Following Points to be noted:

Candidate must have computer knowledge of typing and billing. Preference will be given to ESMS and Wards/dependents of ESMS, Veer Naries.and Local Residents.

Unit Run Canteen (URC) 732 Tpt Wksp Coy EME Vacancies

The following staff are required at URC 732 Tpt Wksp Coy EME. The vacancy is purely temporary in nature and the staff will be hired on contractual basis for 11 months only.

1. Account Clerk

Number of Vacancies – 02

Nature of work – For maintaining account ledgers and bank reconciliation statements. Preparation of documents for Board of Offrs like Quarterly Audit Board, Stock Opening Board, Monthly Stock Taking Board and Annual Stock Taking Board. Preparation of documents for Provisional, Monthly and Supplementary demand of stock. Preparation of procurement documents, expenditure bills, audit documents and state excise duty documents. Additional clerical work as directed by the URC management.

Minimum Qualification – Graduate with previous experience of URC and handling of URC accounts and related documentation. Preference may be given to qualified ESM CIK (SD) familiar with accounting/ financial proceedings followed in Indian Army.

2. Billing Operator

Number of Vacancies – 06

Nature of work – Billing, checking of bills of stores sold, accounting of stores group wise, storekeeping, layout/ display of grocery and liquor stock, loading and unloading of stores, accountability of stores and property items, assist in Board of Officers like Opening Board, Monthly Stock Taking Board, Annual Stock Taking Board. Additional administrative tasks as directed by URC Management.

Minimum Qualification – 12th with minimum 01 year of experience in billing/store handling at any URC/ Supermarket. Relaxation may be given to ESM, Veer Naries and dependents.

3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Number of Vacancies – 05

Nature of work – Loading/ unloading of stock/stores. layout/display of grocery and liquor stock, General Maintenance of URC, cleaning/upkeep of URC, upkeep of stores group wise. Additional administrative tasks as directed by the URC Management.

Minimum Qualification – 10th with min 01 year of experience in store handling at any URC/ Supermarket. Relaxation may be given to ESM, Veer Naries and dependents. The applicant should be physically and Medically fit.

Following Points to be noted:

Candidate must have adequate knowledge of computers including typing and billing. Preference will be given to ESM and Wards/ dependents of ESM, Veer Naries and local residents.
